Description:
The FLUX Ballistic is the cornerstone of the innovative FLUX helmet system. This helmet was specifically designed to give you the highest level of safety, comfort and modularity currently available in a modern ballistic helmet. The lightweight shell is constructed of high performance polyethylene fibers, and features an undercutting geometric profile that follows the natural shape of your head providing exceptional stability and coverage. Additionally, all of the removeable fasteners have been designed for maximum strength and weight savings in order to further reduce the total system weight.
The FLUX Ballistic features a 100% boltless shell. There are zero cuts or holes in or through the ballistic material, assuring maximum ballistic performance. The high cut edge profile was designed to be compatible with a wide range of existing communications headsets and accessories. Lightweight polymer retaining structures are bonded to the outside of the FLUX shell and provide a secure mounting platform for the FLUX M-LOK accessory rails and the Wilcox L4 three hole shroud. Several variations of ballistic side covers and mandible will soon be available to increase the protective coverage of your helmet if needed.
The interior Fluxliner™ offers excellent impact protection and is manufactured using a proprietary rate-sensitive foam. Two sets of adjustable comfort pads are included with each helmet, which let you manage the internal layout to customize the interior just for your head. The retention system also features Cam-Loc sliders for ease of adjustment, an ultra-suede chin cup. The ends of the retention terminates with Inverseclips® allowing for easy removal and additional safety.

Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If your item has not shipped and you ask for a return and refund or exchange we would be happy to accept your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@northwestgearsupply.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), night vision, used items, or large group purchases specially ordered from the manufacturer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges for items that were received as described. However, if you got an item that did not arrive as described, we would be happy to exchange the items purchased for another item we sell or give a refund when the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
