Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days but please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped due to an increase in orders.
Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST
Your products will be shipped with the shipping service you select or with the shipping service that best meets your order and amount paid. All orders will have full shipping insurance when shipping cost fully covers added insurance. If you make a large purchase and would like to make sure you do have insurance, please put it in the comments during checkout and we will contact you if we need more money for shipping cost and we will collect it to make sure you get full coverage on your order.
We use UPS, USPS. FedEx, and DHL depending on location, order quantity, and value of the package. All higher value packages of $3,000 or higher will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
NOTICE:
If you select "Free Postage without Tracking", your order will be shipped via USPS Mail in an envelope without any insurance or tracking. We cannot insure or guarantee you will receive your ordered items due to USPS mailing policies and Northwest Gear Supply cannot be held liable if you do not receive your order. If you would like to change the shipping method after your order has been placed, please send us an email at sales@northwestgearsupply.com. We would be happy to change your shipping method once we receive payment for the upgrade in shipping.
